IMPORTANT NOTE:The two bedrooms are not connected. To access the bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and bathtub, you must pass through the veranda, which has the option to be enclosed with sliding glass doors and lockable during nighttime for your security. It is advisable to take this into consideration when staying with small children

The villa is the perfect spot from where you can easily visit all the main apulian cities and beaches.

Private parties are strictly prohibited. The guests present in the structure and declared at the time of the booking, are the only ones allowed and authorized to stay overnight and stay in the structure during the period of stay. Any exception must be discussed and authorized at the sole discretion of the owner. The use of external and unauthorized catering is not allowed.

The music must be kept at a suitable level and must not disturb other guests of Borgo SIlentio or neighbors of other properties. After 12 AM the music must be turned off.

The use of the swimming pool is allowed for a maximum capacity of 8 people. Diving or dangerous use of the pool is not allowed.
